Swatch FIVB Beach Volleyball World Tour - Phuket 2007

How time flies....I couldn't believe that 1 year has already passed since the last FIVB World tour in Phuket. This time around, it was more exciting because of the presence of the teams from Brazil. Our very own Diane Pascua and Heidi Ilustre were also there to compete in this last leg of the world tour for 2007.

This year's competitions are very important as they serve as the qualifications for the 2008 Olympics. Among the many participating teams, only the top 24 teams will be able to compete at the Olympic Games in Beijing.

Defending champions and 2004 Olympic Gold Medalists Kerri Walsh and Misty May-Treanor were also present.
