I have read also from another forum a photo stolen by Boy & Kris morning show. The owner is asking for damages.

Anton, Go for it! It's going to be an important milestone and inflection point in the professional/amateur photographer scene. its important that you consult others with strong opinion on the matter. If you lose, its a precedent, and will reference this case forever. I feel for you Anton. If you settle, then that's as good as losing. So if you will just settle, suggest keep it under the radar.

win or lose, i think it was a big step to file a case and let everyone be aware.. you know how the wheels of justice turn in this country... it will be a long and hard battle against a 108 year old newspaper company.

Oh my gosh....Now I will stop my subscription of MB particularly the Picture Perfect section. I thought MB was a beacon of TRUTH and HONESTY! Go ahead Anton UR not alone! BTW, did UR client whom U made this photo assignment, back you up with the filing of the case?
