Just checked out their stall at Photoworld in Glorrietta, still PhP28,500. Free filter if you will be paying in cash. I think you can pay installment 0% up to 6 mos. Asked them and the conditions still apply even after Photoworld.

jester/darryl: yep, asked joy & orly about special rate for the photoworld event but the P28,500 price still stands (only tamrac stuff were discounted) :-D drop by jtphotoworld along pasong tamo; if i recall it right, puwedeng i-installment via credit card. don't know lang if the 0% scheme applies though. better yet, email jerome at jt1@jtphotoworld.com

oops, i probably got off on a wrong lane bro - nasa kabilang camp ako, hahaha. my alternative would be the nikon 12-24 (which is way beyond my means :-)) or the sigma equivalent (which is around 10k more expensive but suitable for both digital and film). i read good reviews on the canon 10-22 though. if i'm a canon user, i certainly would think it's worthwhile looking into. that is, if money is not an issue :-)
