Need Help... inabuso ako ng newspaper company or this guy

Guys need help!

last friday which is oct.19 did2 sa ayala center cebu, sa kasalan 2007 na event i met this fashion designer V******** T**** III
( dont wana put his name muna, )
he ask me if pwede daw niya gamitin ang photos then i said yes but i agree not to ask for anything (T.F. ) except for my Accreditation lang/ Acknowledgment with my name na ako ang photographer

now lumabas na ang article about sa Kasalan sa FREEMAN Friday Issue page 23-24 with my 9 pictures, surprisingly hindi ako na mention sa credits or kahit dun sa article ngayun ko lang nakita ang article cuz i was in bohol for company event documentation
i already texted Mr. Tmolo still w8ting for his reply for explination.
Right now im not sure what to do, cuz the damage has been done na :cry:

we/i didnt make a written contract only through verbal for our agreement , pero i still got his text message about sa pinag usapan.

you have 4 choices

1. ask him to pay you a fee since he did not credit your name in the article
2. tell him that you will sue him for using your photos without the proper permission
3. demand that your name be credited in the next newspaper ( photos by)
4. just swallow the fact that there are people who will take advantage of you given the chance.

these suggestions from pilar comes from knowing the ins and outs of the photography industry. i agree with these options, i however, would like to say that all of the above options are not that easy to do.
OT: what ever happened to the photo copyright infringement done against anton sheker by a big broad sheet? maybe what happened to that incident may guide our thread starter on what to do!
